Play chips only

Chips on Pokerio have no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out, and Pokerio offers no payments or prizes. Pokerio isn't a gambling service and doesn't help anyone gamble.

Don't use Pokerio to play for money or anything else of value, or to organise or settle bets.

Adults only

You must be 18 or over to use Pokerio.

Behave

• Don't post anything illegal, threatening or abusive in names or chat.

Hosts can remove people from their own tables. We can block anyone who misuses the service.

No guarantees

Pokerio is free and provided as it is. It may be unavailable or change, and games can end without warning, including when we restart the server. Nothing is saved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.
